Why Goalden Gal?

Goalden Gal was created for women who are capable, creative, and ambitious — but overwhelmed.

After years of working in fast-paced marketing, media, and now education environments, I saw how often talented women were expected to do everything on their own. I believe success doesn’t have to come with burnout, and support shouldn’t feel cold, corporate, or transactional.

Goalden Gal exists to offer thoughtful, reliable support that helps women stay organized, focused, mentally clear and use their energy to build businesses and lives that actually feel good.

Hi, I’m Yosi (kind of like 'Josie') — the face behind Goalden Gal.

I’m a marketing and project management professional with over 9 years of experience supporting teams, creatives, and leaders in fast-paced environments. I’ve worked across media, marketing, events, and education. In these roles, organization, communication, and calm problem-solving were the foundation to everything.

Outside of my professional work, I also teach special education part-time and value mental health, accessibility, and clear communication in everything I do. Those experiences deeply shape how I support clients with patience, empathy, and systems that actually work for real life.
